INSIDE OF JANITORS CLOSET OUTSIDE OF THE KITCHEN- MUST SEAL HOLE IN WALL AT LEFT SIDE, REATTACH WALL COVING AT RIGHT SIDE OF WALL ALONG WALLBASE, AND SEAL HOLES AROUND PIPES UNDERNEATH MOP SINK. SEAL HOLE IN WALL AROUND PIPE IN PAPER/CHEMICAL STORAGE ROOM IN KITCHEN TO AVOID POSSIBLE RODENT ENTRY.

MUST CLEAN FLOORS UNDER SINKS, ALONG WALL BEHIND ICEMACHINE AND OTHER HEAVY EQUIPMENT IN KITCHEN. CLEAN FLOORS IN WALK-IN COOLER AND FREEZER.
CLEAN INTERIOR BOTTOM CABINET OF FRYERS TO REMOVE GREASE AND DUST.
