CLEAN THE FAN GUARDS IN THE WALKIN COOLER AND THE WALKIN FREEZER HAS DUST BUILDUP ON THEM. THE EXPOSED HAND SINK HAS A LEAKING FAUCET NEXT TO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK EAST WALL. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE FAUCET.
CLEAN THE FLOORS IN THE BOILER ROOM, FAN ROOM AND FOOD STORE ROOM ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS HAS SOME DUST BUILDUP.
CLEAN ALL THE VENTS IN THE BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOMS OLD BUILDING AND NEW BUILDING HAS DUST BUILDUP ON THEM.
