The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST REPLACE MISSING FLOOR TILES IN KITCHEN, AND CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT MOP CLOSETS, STORAGE ROOMS AND BOILER ROOM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REMOVE PEELING PAINT FROM MOP CLOSETS AND LAUNDRY ROOM CEILINGS. AND PAINT CEILING IN KITCHEN STAFF WASHROOM.
