GREASE TRAP UNDERNEATH THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IS STARTING TO RUST. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE THE RUST AND PAINT IT. DOUBLE DOOR FREEZER NOT PROPERLY MAINTAINED AND IS BROKEN, EMPTY AND NOT USED. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE. NEED TO REPAIR, MAINTAIN OR REPLACE THE DOUBLE DOOR FREEZER.
GIRLS TOILET ROOM SECOND FLOOR 2ND AND THIRD TOILET IS PULLING AWAY FROM THE WALL. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL TOILETS TO THE WALL.
CLEAN THE VENTS IN ALL THE TOILET ROOOMS THROUGHOUT THE SCHOOL. IN THE MOBILE UNIT CLEAN VENTS IN THE HALLWAYS AND IN THE CLASSROOMS HAS DUST BUILDUP .
IN THE MOBILE UNIT CLUTTER IN THE HALLWAY AND UNNECESSARY ARTICLES IN THE ALL CLASS ROOM CLOSETS BOXES, BAGS ECT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SO NO INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.
