OBSERVED LIVE FRUIT FLIES BEHIND THE MAIN BAR AND THE NORTH BEVERAGE SERVICE STATION. APPROXIMATELY 40 LIVE FRUIT FLIES WERE OBSERVED IN THESE AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.
OBSERVED A CLOGGED DRAIN AT THE EXPOSED HANDSINK FOR THE SOUTH BEVERAGE SERVICE STATION. MUST REPAIR THE SINK SO THAT IT CAN BE USED FOR HANDWASHING. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030
LABEL ALL BULK FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS.
MAINTAIN FLOOR DRY THROUGHOUT THE KITCHEN AREA. MUST REGROUT THE FLOOR WHERE THERE ARE GAPS BETWEEN FLOOR TILES ESPECIALLY ALONG THE PREP LINE.
REPLACE THE MISSING LIGHT SHIELD IN THE DISH ROOM.
