The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Repair or replace the damaged tiles around the tilt skillet floor drain. Clean and maintain the rusty floor in the walk in cooler. Maintain the floors clean around the mop area in the cafeteria.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. Tomato sauce stored in aluminum gallon measure was moved to a non-reactive container.

Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. RESTORE HOT RUNNING WATER TO ONE SINK IN BOYS WASHROOM ON THIRD FLOOR. (TWO SINKS IN WASHROOM)
