Premises not operating at this time. No preparing or cooking. High temp dish machine not working at this time. Final rinse temperature at 135F. Instructed to repair to reach 180F or above for final sanitizing rinse. No citation issued. Violation discussed with Supervisor T. Pham. Taggged dish machine. Instructed not to use until the final sanitizing rinse reaches 180F or above. Manager requested to have re-inspection and tag removal on 10/28/10.
Must rtemove rust from the 2 grease trap box under the lid and exterior of the 3 compartment sink and maintain. Must repair rubber gasket along the door of the 2 door cooler and maintain. Hand dryer in the womens washroom, 1st floor, not working (1 of 2 dryers). Must repair and maintain.
Must clean in detail the ice machine in the main kitchen and maintain.
Must repair and make smooth and easily cleanable the walls inside the storage room in the main kitchen and remove chipped paint.
Must install self closing device on the door of the washroom in the main kitchen.
Must repair heavy leaking on the 2 (2 of 3) faucet of the 3 compartment sink in the main kitchen and maintain. Must repair ventilation by the hood of the main kitchen (not working).
