SEAL SOUTHEAST & NORTHEAST CORNERS IN DINING AREA(2ND FLOOR), ALL WALL COVINGS MUST BE SEALED IN DINING ROOMS TO ELIMINATE CRAWL SPACES FOR BUGS. RE-PAINT WALLS IN WASHROOMS THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED(LOWER LEVEL).
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. ALL MOP SINKS ON FLOORS 1-3 ARE MISSING KNOBS THAT TURN ON THE HOT WATER, ALL OF THESE SINKS MUST HAVE ACCESSIBLE HOT WATER, MUST REPLACE THE MISSING KNOBS.
