All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. all containers in bar area needs to be lable.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. invert all plates in the 1st floor kitchen
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. all garbage cans not in used needs to be tight fitting thur out. wooded shelves need to be sealed in basement storage area. need paper towel holder on the 2nd floor behind the bar. inside the beer cooler needs to replace or detail clean shelves.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. need to remove milk crate which are being used as shelves. basement area, clean the floor in north and south wall in basement.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. needs to repaint wall its not being maintaine.clean ceiling in the 1st floor over the oven refrigertion.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. 1st and 2nd floor need to show proof on the total watts.for the ovens which are not vented.
