OUTSIDE AREA NOT CLEAN, EXCESSIVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES/CRATES AND SCREEN DOOR NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE AREAS THRU-OUT PREMISES. CLEAN OUTSIDE AREA, REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES AND PROPERLY INSTALL SCREEN DOOR TO OPEN TO OUTSIDE AND RODENT PROOF DOOR. ENCOURAGED TO CALL PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE.
