MUST REPAIR LEAKY CONNECTION ON PIPE IN WIND TUNNEL ROOM/ENGINEER AREA. OBSERVED COLD WATER FAUCET HANDLES IN POOR REPAIR/HARD TO STAY OPEN WITHOUT ASSISTANCE FROM ANOTHER PERSON AT WASHBOWL IN LUNCHROOM STAFF LADIES WASHROOM AND EXPOSE SINK IN KITCHEN. MUST REPAIR AND REPLACE.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED PEELING PAINT ON WALL BY WINDOW SILL AND LOWER WALL IN WASHROOM IN PRE-K ROOM. MUST REPAIR.

MUST PROPERLY STORE STORAGE-PAINT SUPPLIES / BOXES OFF FLOORS IN WIND CHANNEL ROOM. ALSO MUST MUST REMOVE ANY UNNECESSARY STORAGE NOT USING FROM PREMISES IN FILE ROOM AND ROOM 115 TO PREVENT A PEST HARBORAGE AREA.
