A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. PREVIOUS MINOR VIOLATIONS NOT CORRECTED AT THIS TIME, FROM 3/11/09 (REPORT # 15496): #32-CUTTING BOARDS WITH DEEP/DARK GROOVES MUST BE REPLACED; #33-CABINETS UNDER THE FRONT COOK'S LINE/SERVING AREA, EXTERIOR OF SINKS,PIPES UNDER SINKS NEED CLEANING; #34-FLOORS ALONG WALLBASES THRUOUT THE DISHROOM, UNDER & BEHIND HEAVY EQUIPMENT THRUOUT THE PREMISES,& ALL FLOOR DRAINS MUST BE FREE OF DEBRIS; #35-MUST SEAL AN OPENING ON A WALL UNDER HANDSINK BY DISHMACHINE; #41-MUST REMOVE CLUTTER UNDER CABINETS OF COMPRESSORS, MILK/SODA CRATES USED AS STORAGE RACKS, TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.

THE DISH MACHINE IS BROKEN AND ALL DISHES ARE BEING MANUALLY CLEANED IN THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK, REPAIR OR REMOVE UNNECESSARY EQUIPMENT. CLEAN OFF THE WALK IN COOLER COIL AND THE ICE MACHINE HAS A DIRTY BUILDUP AROUND THE INTERIOR AND BIN CHUTES. WASH, RINSE, SANITIZE AND REPAIR THE ABOVE ITEMS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH, SANITARY AND EASY TO MAINTAIN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS BEHIND THE STEAMER,DRY STORAGE ROOM AND ICE MACHINE ARE DIRTY AND THE BASEBOARD TILES ARE DAMAGED BEHIND THE COOKING EQUIPMENT. CLEAN AND REPAIR AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM CORNER TO CORNER.

MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE FLOORS AT MAIN SERVICE LINE, AND AT REAR DRY STORAGE AREA TO REMOVE STICKYNESS FROM FLOORS. ALL FLOOR CORNERS IN DRY STORAGE ROOM AREA MUST BE CLEANED TO REMOVE GRIME NEXT TO STORAGE RACK HOLDING LARGE BAGS OF POPCORN.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF ALL THREE FRYERS TO REMOVE EXCESS GREASE BUILD UP.
