All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. The ice dispenser has a dirty buildup inside which needs to be washed, rinsed and sanitized. The hood needs to be degreased. Clean out and cover the dirty old pvc pipes in the kitchen area.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The dirty floors were power washed at the time of this inspection.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Clean the dirty kitchen ceilings and replace any missing tiles. Clean and repair the dirty gaps behind the hot holding and front line equipment so they are smooth and sanitary.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE REAR OVER UNDER REFRIGERATOR BOTTOM DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE PROPERLY, REPAIR THE DOOR SEAL. WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE DIRTY WALK IN COOLER COIL AND FAN SHIELDS.
THE FRONT COUNTER SINK LEAKS AT THE BASE OF THE TAPS AND THE REAR THREE COMPARTMENT SINK HAS A SMALL LEAK AT THE SANITIZING SIDE, REPAIR LEAKING PLUMBING. THE DRAIN UNDER THE STEAM TABLE IS DIRTY, CLEAN OUT THE DRAIN.

MUST REGROUT FLOOR AT FLOORTILES IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM AT ENTRANCE. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE STICKY FLOORS AT MAIN KITCHEN SERVICE LINE AND REAR PREP AREA. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL FLOOR DRAINS ON PREMISES.
MUST REPAIR GASKET AT FREEZER ENTRANCE DOOR. MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR OF FRYERS TO REMOVE EXCESS GREASE BUILD-UP.MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE LID.
