All food establishments shall be provided with an adequate supply of hot and cold water under pressure properly connected to the city water supply.FOUND NO HOT RUNNING WATER THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES ALSO SCOOPS,BAGS THERE OWN ICE FOR SALE.
All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation.FOUND 1 LARGE ICE MACHINE ALONG NORTH-EAST CORNER NOT PROTECTED AGAINST PUBLIC CONTAMINATION.
