INSTALL BACK FLOW DEVICE ON UTILITY SINK. REPAIR LEAKING DRAINPIPE UNDER UTILITY SINK.
REMOVE ALL UNUSED EQUIPMENT AND UNNECESSARY ARTICLES IN STORAGE AREAS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE. REMOVE SOILED WATER IN PAN UNDER UTILITY SINK TO PREVENT INSECT BREEDING.
PROVIDE ADEQUATE LIGHTING ABOVE 3-COMP SINK.
