STOPPER IS NEEDED FOR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.WATER IS LEAKING UNDER THE MOP SINK,IN BASEEMENT AREA,ALSO UNTHREAD FAUCET IS NEEDED AT SAME FAUCET.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN INTERIOR OF STOVE,MICROWAVE AND INSIDE THE SINK COMPARTMENT(AROUND THE DRAIN ,BLACK SUBSTANCE,NEED TO CLEAN).
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. KEEP BASEMENT DRY IN HOT WATER TANK ROOM,A LOT OF WATER SPECIALLY SOUT WEST HALLWAY.
