All food shall be from sources approved by health authorities and safe for human consumption. Premiess makes candy for sale to the public. This busniess was issued a cease and desist by DBA January 21th 2010. Found food items on site at this time after notice was left on premises. The following items were discarded at this time 54 one pound bag of processed fruit, owner claims value is $6000.00
All food should be properly protected from contamination during storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. Premises shares a community kitchen. Instructed owner that all food items must be protected at all time from contamination. All food items must be locked to prevent other vendors from contamination. Premises shares a walkin freezer with other vendors.
