Stock items must be stored six inches off of floor to prevent pest harborage.
Found observed front, rear entrance/exit doors not rodent proofed, doors had gaps on bottom of door ranging from 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch, bsmt doors had 1/4inch gap to 1/2 inch gap on bottom of door. Live flies(15 ) were observed inside premises/bar at time of inspection, mgmt was advised to minimize/eliminate fly problem and to contact pest control company.Citation issued.
Walk in cooler shelving that had peeling paint rust, shall be replaced/repaired.
Non food contact surfaces of ice machine not clean, need detailed cleaning, reach in cooler door tracks not clean, need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors in bar area under heavy equipment, bsmt storage areas under pallets not clean, need detailed cleaning.
Missing light shields in walk in cooler, display cooler shall be provided.
Exhaust vents(ventilation) in walk in coolers, coolers, and bathrooms not clean, need cleaning.
