The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OBSERVED WALLS IN STUDENTS SMALL DINING ROOM,AND PRE-K ROOM-101,CEILING IN COAT ROOM AREA,WITH PEELING PAINT. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AREAS.

SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS UNDER VENT IN COMPUTER ROOM, BEHIND TOILET IN BOYS FIRST FLOOR WASHROOM, UNDER SINKS IN BOYS SECOND AND THIRD FLOOR WASHROOMS.
INSTALL AN ATTACHED METAL DRAINBOARD ON 3-COMP SINK. REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET AND INSTALL BACK FLOW DEVICE ON UTILITY SINK IN BOILER ROOM. PROVIDE VENTILATION IN WASHROOMS.
