Use dustless cleaning methods. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OUTSIDE STORAGE TRAILER CEILING NOT IN GOOD REPAIR.MUST REPAIR AND MADE IT SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. MUST INSTALL A MOP SINK WITH BACK FLOW PREVENTIVE DEVICE 7'6' WITH HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER UNDER CITY PRESSURE.
Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall be vented to the outside air or mechanically ventilated. MUST INSTALL A SELF CLOSING DEVICE ON THE DOOR OF THE WASHROOM.(NO SELF CLOSING DEVICE NOTED).
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BASE AND ALL CORNER THROUGHOUT THE STORE AND IN BETWEEN THE CABINETS. MUST PROVIDE PALLETS OR SHELVINGS TO STORE ALL THE STOCKS AND PAPER GOODS INSIDE THE OUTSIDE STORAGE TRAILER, TO PREVENT RODENT /INSECTS HARBORAGE.
