Walk in cooler shelving/racks that had peeling paint/rust, shall be replaced/repaired, rear storage shelving/racks that had peeling paint, shall be replaced/repaired.
Non food contact surfaces of walk in cooler shelving/racks need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Damaged/stained ceiling tiles in classrooms(3rd, 2nd floor) of new building, shall be replaced, damaged ceiling tiles in staircase of new building, and connecting section of old building, shall be replaced. Peeling paint in 2nd floor classroom, shall be repaired/sealed.
Light shields above kitchen prep table not clean need cleaning, light shields in 3rd floor, 2nd floor classrooms, hallways not clean need detailed cleaning, light shields in front prep area lunch area need cleaning.
Exhaust vents(ventilation)in kitchen prep areas need cleaning, exhaust vents(ventilation)in classrooms, hallways in new building(1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor)not clean need detailed cleaning.
Refigerator in teacher's lounge missing thermometer, must provide thermometer to refrigerator in teacher's lounge.
Boy's bathroom in 2nd floor, had sink drain pipe in state of disrepair/broken (old building),shall be replaced, 2nd floor classroom sink faucet(new building)had low pressure, shall be repaired/replaced.
Walls, ceiling outside Gym in 3rd floor, had peeling paint/plaster, shall be repaired/sealed, peeling paint in classrooms old building shall be repaired/sealed.
Floors in bsmt storage areas and in furnace room not clean need detailed cleaning(corners), floor that had seepage in bsmt storage area, shall be repaired/sealed.
