OBSERVED SLIGHT CALCIUM BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINES. MUST CLEAN EXTERIOR OF ALL ICE BINS AND INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINES AT 3RD FLOOR AND MAINTAIN.
WALLS NOT CLEAN AT 3RD FLOOR REAR AREA BY 3-COMAPARTMENT SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER CLEAN WALLS AND MAINTAIN.
MUST PROVIDE BACK FLOW PREVENTION DEVICES FOR BOTH ICE MACHINES.
