All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPLACE SOILED CARDBOARD ON CHIP RACKS. REMOVE POP CRATES OFF FLOOR AND PROVIDE SHELVING FOR EASY CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL COOLERS, FREEZERS, DISPLAY SHELVES IN SALES AND BEHIND FRONT COUNTER AREAS, CABINETS UNDER BEVERAGE AREA, BEVERAGE MACHINE NOZZLES AND SPIGOTS, ETC.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. ELEVATE ALL STOCK OFF FLOOR. FLOORS NEED CLEANING UNDER ALL PALLETS AND SHELVES, ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN SALES, STORAGE AND FRONT COUNTER AREAS. REPAIR THRESHOLD UNDER FRONT DOOR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE ALL STAINED CEILING TILES AND CLEAN ALL CEILING VENTS. SEAL OPENINGS IN WALL ABOVE UTILITY SINK. WALLS AND BASEBOARDS NEED REPAIR NEAR FRONT DOOR.
REPLACE MISSING LIGHT SHIELD IN SALES AREA.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. ORGANIZE REAR STORAGE AREA. REMOVE EXCESS CRATES OUTSIDE. STORE CLEANING EQUIPMENT AWAY FROM FOOD ITEMS INSIDE CABINET UNDER BEVERAGE AREA.
