The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN NEED FOR FURTHER CLEANING AND SOME PEELING FLOORS AT REAR STORAGE AREA NEEDS TO BE SEALED.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. OPENINGS ON LOWER WALLS IN THE EAST STORAGE ROOM NEEDS TO BE SEALED,REPLACE WATER STAINED CEILING TILES AT FRONT STORAGE AREA.

All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. Must provide a minimum of a metal three (3) compartment sink, equipped with an attached metal drainboard, a grease interceptor and running hot and cold water under city pressure. Sinks shall be of sufficient size to permit complete immersion of the utensils to be washed and sanitized therein.
