ALL OF THE ABOVE PRODUCT WAS PREPARED AT EL MILAGRO LOCATED AT 3050 W 26TH ST, 60623. APPROXIMATELY 50 POUNDS OF PRODUCT VALUED AT $214.00 WAS DISCARDED AT THIS TIME. PREMISES DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO REHEAT LARGE QUANTITIES OF FOOD AND MUST ENSURE THAT POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS ARE HELD COLD AT 40 f OR BELOW AND HOT FOODS 140 f AND ABOVE. THE HOT HOLDING UNIT HAS A CURRENT AMBIENT AIR TEMPERATURE OF 146.1 f.
THE REAR OUTER DOOR AND INNER GARAGE DOORS HAVE 1/4' GAPS AT THE BOTTOM, REPAIR THE DOORS SO THEY ARE PEST PROOF.
