All employees who handle food shall wash their hands as often as necessary to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and should conform to hygienic practices prescribed by the Board of Health. OBSERVED EMPLOYEE SNEEZED, TOUCHED HIS NOSE/FACE ,STARTS SERVING THE CUSTOMER, WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS DOING THE CASHIER, TOUCHING MONEY, STARTS SERVING THE CUSTOMER, WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS ALSO. INSTRUCTED MANAGER THAT EMPLOYEES MUST WASH THEIR HANDS EVERYTIME THEY SNEEZED, TOUCHED THE MONEY, TOUCHED THEIR FACE,NOSE ETC.INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO HAVE AN INSERVICE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES ABOUT THE PROPER WAY OF HAND WASHSING. CITATION ISSUED CRITICAL 7-38-010 (A).
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL ALL THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BASE AND ALL CORNER BEHIND THE PREP COOLERS, ICE MACHINE, UNDER ALL THE WIRE SHELVINGS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER AND WALK IN FREEZER AND MAINTAIN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. FAN/VENTILATION COVER INSIDE THE WASAHROOM(BOTH) WITH MINIMAL DUST BUILT UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN.

Floor under storage shelves and behind equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily.
Thermometer not provided in front prep cooler and not working in other prep cooler. Instructed to provided thermometers conspicuous inside all coolers.
Employees not wearing hair restraints. Instructed that all employees in prep area must have proper hair restraints while in prep area.
Interior ice machine panel and filter door not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize.
Light cover above ovens not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean.

NOTED SOME PEELING AND WATER BUILD-UP ON CEILING ABOVE HOT WATER TANK. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, REMOVE PEELING PAINT.
INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR BOTTOM AREA OF ICE MACHINE.
