All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines.OUTER OPENING NOT PROTECTED,NEED TO RODENT /INSECT PROOF THE FRONT AND REAR DOORS,NOT ONLY THE BOTTOM ALSO THE SIDE OF DOORS.IF REAR DOOR WILL BE OPENED, THE SCREEN DOOR MUST BE REPAIRED(SCREEN BROKEN)AND ENCLOSED TO FRAME DOOR.SEROIUS VIOLATION NO CITATION ISSED.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. PROVIDE MISSING BASEBOARD WALL THROUGHOUT THE PREMISES.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. REPLACE CHIPPED ICE SCOOP.MUST KEY FOR THE CHEST FREEZER THAT IS STORED IN PUBLIC VIEW.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned SEAL ALL WALL AND CEILIN TILES,ALSO AROUND THE WASH BOWL.
