COOLER IS TAGGED NOT ALLOWED TO USE FOR PERISHABLE STORAGE, MUST FAX A TAG REMOVAL REQUEST WHEN READY.
All cold food shall be stored at a temperature of 40F or less. FOUND THE FOWLING FOOD ITEMS STORED AT IMPROPER TEMPERATURE: 3LBS OF CHICKEN SALAD AT 51.6F, 2 LBS OF TUNA SALAD AT 51.8F, 4LBS OF LIQUID EGGS AT 53.4F, ALL ITEMS STORED AT PREP AND DRAWER COOLER.
