Must provide self closing mechanism to all bathroom doors.

SIDE DOOR ON THE HALLWAY BY THE WOMENS WASHROOM AND STORAGE/WAREHOUSE ROOM WITH OVER 1/4 OF AN INCH GAP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOORS. INSTRUCTED TO RODENT/INSECTS PROOFED THE DOORS.(NO CITATIONISSUED NOT OPERATING AT THIS TIME).
MUST INSTALL A METAL DRAIN BOARD ON THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. OR INSTALL SLOTTED SHELVE ABOVE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. (NO DRAIN BOARD NOTED) ON THE MAIN BAR 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. (NO CITATION ISSUED ,NOT OPERATING AT THIS TIME).
