THE DOOR GASKETS IN POOR REPAIR AT THE WALK IN FREEZER AND WALK IN COOLER DOORS NOT TIGHT FITTING. INSTRUCTED TO REPLACE THEM. FOUND RUSTY RACKS IN THE WALK IN COOLER. INSTD. TO PAINT THEM WITH NON TOXIC PAINT.
Use dustless cleaning methods. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. IN THE OLD MAIN BUILDING FOUND PEELING PAINT IN THE NORTH AND SOUTH STAIR WAYS. IN THE FOOD PREP AREA HAS PEELING PAINT HANGING FROM THE CEILING INSTD. TO REMOVE THE PAINT AND PAINT SAME.

MUST CLEAN SANITIZE ALL AREAS, RECOMMEND PEST SERVICE. ALSO ENTRY DOORS NOT RODENT PROOF, SOME DOORS IN POOR REPAIR.
