All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR OF 2 DOOR PREP COOLER;COOLER SHELVES NEAR COOKING EQUIPMENT MUST BE CLEAN AND MAINTAINED

Instructed to detail clean grease trap and drainline to prevent inadequate disposal of waste water at three compartment sink. Serious citation issued 7-38-030.
Toilet room door for custoemrs not self closing. Instructed to install self-closing device.
