Interior deep fryer cabinets not cleaned-excessive grease build-up. Instructed to remove grease and detail clean.
Outer openings not protected or rodent proofed and evidence of rodent activity. Observed approximately 30 plus rat droppings in west storage room under pallet and front entry door has 1/2 inch gap at bottom. Instructed to rodent proof front entry door and remove all rodent activity, detail clean and sanitize area and have licensed pest control services premises. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
Front in storage room and under cooking equipment not cleaned. Instructed to detail clean daily. Floor not maintained in prep and walk-in cooler. Instructed to remove rust from cooler floor and reseal and replace any damaged floor tile.
