The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS, UNDER, BEHIND EQUIPMENT AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS; ALSO CLEAN/SANITIZE FLOOR DRAINS.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING TILES, WHERE NEEDED.
MUST REMOVE UNNECESSARY ARTICLES INSIDE STORAGE CLOSET, CLEAN AND ORGANIZE TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
