HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG PLACED ON UNIT. FAX LETTER TO 312-746-4240 WHEN UNIT MAINTAINS TEMPERATURE OF 40F AND BELOW AT ALL TIMES. CRITICAL 7-38-005 (A) ISSUED.
