FOUND EVIDENCE OF MICE DROPPINGS INSIDE THE BOILER ROOM AND DEAD BABY MOUSE ON THE FLOOR OF THE BOILER ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN IN DETAIL DISCARD THE DEAD MOUSE AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline.LEAKING HEAVY ON THE FAUCET CONNECTOR OF THE 3 COMPT SINK. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR TO STOP THE LEAK.
