The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. The floors in the utility room on the rear building are dirty and cluttered, Clean and organize the storage.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Defrost the kindergarten reach-in cooler.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Replace the missing outlet cover on the east wall of the rear building.
