All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; STOVE AND GRILL IN KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS IN KITCHEN, STORAGE ROOMS AND CLOSETS.
All food not stored in the original container shall be stored in properly labeled containers. MUST LABEL DRIED FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS.
Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. CLEAN MULTI-USE UTENSILS MUST BE PROPERLY STORED.
MUST REMOVE CLUTTER THRU-OUT STORAGE ROOM AND CLOSETS. ARTICLES MUST BE STORED OFF FLOORS, AWAY FROM WALLS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.

BURNED OUT LIGHT BULB BY THE HOOD IN THE KITCHEN,MUST REPLACE.
MISSING THERMOMETER INSIDE THE CHEST FREEZER FOR KIMCHI. REACH IN COOLER FOR PICKLES, AND WALK IN FREEZER. MUST PROVIDE AND MUST BE VISIBLE.
MUST PROVIDE LABEL/NAME OF THE PRODUCT ON ALL FOOD CONTAINERS INSIDE THE REACH IN FOUR DOOR COOLER.
