All utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each usage. MUST CLEAN-SANITIZE; STORAGE CABINETS THRU-OUT CLASSROOMS, STORAGE CABINETS, MICROWAVE OVEN AND COOLER IN STAFF LOUNGE, AND CAN OPENER IN KITCHEN.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST CLEAN FLOORS, UNDER EQUIPMENT, AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS IN STORAGE ROOMS, SOME CLASSROOMS, AND KITCHEN.

OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF MORE THAN 40 MICE DROPPINGS AT THE DRY FOOD STORAGE ROOM, STAFF LOUNGE,WATER METER ROOM, UTILITY ROOM. OBSERVED DOORS NOT RODENT PROOFED AT FRONT, KITCHEN AND PARKING LOT DOOR.
