OBSERVED ACCUMULATED LIME/DIRT BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINE DRIPPING INTO ICE, READY TO EAT FOOD. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO CLEAN AND SANITIZE INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE. CITATION ISSUED. TICKET #H000063457 18. ALL ICE VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED AT THIS TIME. REINSPECTION DATE 12/13/10.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. OBSERVED PREP AREA REACH IN COOLERS DOOR RUBBER GASKETS RIPPED. MUST REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL DAMAGED COOLER DOOR GASKETS.
