CITATION ISSUED 7-38-005(a) SERIOUS.INSTRUCTED TO DISCONTINUE USE OF ICE IN THE ABOVE EQUIMENT FOR SERVICE TO PUBLIC UNTIL IT'S CLEANED AND SANITIZED BY A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY,AND PROVIDE RECIPT.
