Found small electric pizza oven, electric gyro unit, and panini toaster with no hood vent.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE FOLLOWING NOT CLEAN- OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS INSIDE PREP AREA REACH IN COOLERS DOOR RUBBER GASKETS AND FOOD BUILD UP ON SHELVES AT PREP AREA AND INSIDE UNUSED PREP COOLER. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL UNCLEAN EQUIPMENT.
