FOUND OUT SIDE GARBAGE DUMPSTER NOT COVERED,TOPS ARE IN POOR CONDITION THEY ARE RIPPED, CHEWED AND TORN NOT RODENT PROOFED ,GARBAGE ON THE GROUND AROUND THE GREASE DUMPSTER AND GARBAGE DUMPSTER A SOURCE OF FOOD FOR THE RODENTS. SERIOUS CITATION GIVEN 7-38-020 INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN UP THE AREAS AND HAVE GARBAGE DUMPSTER TOPS REPLACED SO THEY WILL BE RODENT PROOFED.
THE LARGE STANDING ICE MACHINE HAS BLACK MOLD AND LINE BUILDUP INSIDE TOP AND BOTTON OF THE UNIT. UNIT IS TAGGED DO NOT USE UNTIL HELD FOR INSPECTION TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED. WHEN CLEAN FAX LETTER TO CDPH 312_746 4240 FOR INSPECTION OF THE UNIT. SERIOUS CITATION GIVEN 7-38-005(A).
CLEAN THE COOKING EQUIPMENT, FRYERS. HOODS AND FILTRES ABOVE HAS DUST BUILDUP.
REPLACE THE LIGHT AND LIGHT BULB IN THE WALKIN FREEZER.
THE WALKIN FREEZER CONDENSER IN POOR REPAIR WHEN ON DEFROST WATER GOES OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT ONTO THE FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE IT.
