MUST HAVE STOVE COMPLETELY UNDER VENTILATION HOOD IN PREP AREA,OR REMOVE FROM PREMISES. ALSO MUST HAVE STOVE IN BASEMENT VENTED TO ROOF OR REMOVE FROM PREMISES.
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MST REPAIR RUSTY GREASE TRAP .
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST INSTALL FLOOR TILES MISSING ON STAIRS,AND CLEAN DEBRIS FROM FLOOR AREAS UNDER BASEMENT STAIRS,2ND FLOOR AREA.
