The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS IN THE STORAGE AREA/ BASEMENT NOT CLEAN ALONG THE WALLS, IN THE CORNERS AND UNDER THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN SAME.

Cleaning equipment shall be properly stored away from food, utensils, equipment, and clean linens. FOUND SOME CLUTTER IN THE BASEMENT STORE ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND ORGNIZE SO NO INSECT OF RODENT HARBORAGE.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repa CLEAN THE FLOOR DRAINS IN THE BASEMENT. ALSO CLEAN THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALLS AND IN THE CORNERS HAS SOME DUST BUILDUP.

THE CASHIER IS HANDLING MONEY AND PREPARING FOOD AND DRINKS AT THIS TIME WITHOUT WASHING HANDS IN BETWEEN. DISCUSSED GOOD SANITARY PRACTICES AND THE IMMPORTANCE OF A HANDWASHING POLICY WHEN A DEDICATED CASHIER IS NOT AVAILABLE. A CASHIER IS NOW DEDICATED TO THE REGISTER. CRITICAL CITATION ISSUED 7-38-010 COURT DATE OF MAY 17, 2012 AND MAIL IN PAYMENT OPTION DISCUSSED. All employees who handle food shall wash their hands as often as necessary to maintain a high degree of personal cleanliness and should conform to hygienic practices prescribed by the Board of Health.
