DUST OBSERVED ON VENTS ABOVE COOKING EQUIPMENT; CLEAN SAME.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN FLOOR IN PANTRY UNDER SHELVES. CLEAN IN CORNER AREAS OF KITCHEN AND BEHIND KITCHEN EQUIPMENT (FREEZERS, DOORS ETC).
CLEAN WALL AROUND GREASE RECEPTOR AT TWO COMPARTMENT SINK IN KITCHEN AND MAINTAIN. SOME CEILING TILES IN KITCHEN HAVE SPLATTER; CLEAN SAME. REMOVE DUST OBSERVED ON FAN GUARD COVERS IN WALK-IN COOLER.
