The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Floor drains need cleaning, & some stock must be elevated ooff the floor.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Interior of sinks need cleaning.

MUST CLEAN FLOORS AT COOKING PREP AREA AND AT WALK IN COOLER TO REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS AND STICKYNESS AT WALK-IN.
MUST REMOVE EXCESS ICE FROST BUILD-UP AT ICE BOX FREEZER.
MUST PROVIDE 3 SINK STOPPERS AT THE 3 COMP SINK.
