The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL ALL HOLES IN THE WALLS AND PAINT THEM.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. REPLACE THE MISSING TILES IN THE STORE AND STORE ROOM. CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL THE FLOORS IN THE BASEMENT AND THE IST FLOOR.

All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. SEAL ALL THE RAW WOOD THROUGT PREMISES. PROVIDE DRAN COVERS IN THE BASEMENT CLEAN AND PAINT THE GREASE TRAP UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT IT IS RUSTY.
