PROVIDE HOLDER FOR ICE SCOOP IN REAR. DEFROST FREEZER ON RIGHT SIDE OF STORE.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. DETAIL CLEAN ALL EQUIPMENT, COOLERS, FREEZERS, EXPRESSO MACHINE INTERIOR, WALK IN COOLER ETC THOUGHOUT PREMISES. INCLUDE SINKS IN REAR.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS BY WALLS, BEHIND COOLING UNITS AND SHELVES IN FRONT AND REAR THROUGHOUT PREMISES. INCLUDE ALL CABINET SPACES. PAINT/SEAL RAW WOOD BY 2 AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINKS IN REAR.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. SEAL HOLES IN WALLS SCATTERED THROUGHOUT PREMISES. SEAL BASEBOARD RIGHT OF FRONT DOOR BY WINDOW, HERE AND THROUGHOUT PREMISES AS NEEDED. REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN EMPLOYEE WASHROOM.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. REMOVE CLUTTER, BOXES, SHELVES ETC ABOVE WALK IN COOLER, CLEAN AND STORE REMAINING ITEMS TO ALLOW FOR CLEANING AND PEST CONTROL.
Smoking shall be prohibited in all public places except in designated smoking areas. POST SIGNS 'NO SMOKING 15 FEET FROM THE DOOR.'
Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health. LOOSE PLASTIC BASEBOARD INSIDE THE WASHROOM, MUST RE GLUE OR REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.
PEELING PAINT ON THE WALLS THRU-OUT THE WASHROOM. MUST SCRAPE PEELING PAINT AND REPAINT AND MAINTAIN. FAN GUARD INSIDE ALL 3 2 DOOR REACH IN COOLER WITH DUST BUILD UP. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL AND MAINTAIN. STAINED CEILING TILES ABOVE THE DISPLAY SHELVING . MUST REPLACE TILES.
