The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. MUST SEAL FLOOR THRU-OUT PRODUCTION AREA, AND CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT PREMISES, INCLUDING BASEMENT AND 2ND FLOOR STORAGE ROOM.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES THRU-OUT PREMISES AND BOTTOM OF SOUTH WALL FRONT AREA. MUST REPLACE CEILING PANEL THRU-OUT 2ND STORAGE ROOM.
