The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Found floors not clean under shelving units. (1st floor)
All employees shall be required to use effective hair restraints to confine hair. Foodhandler not wearing hair restraint.

The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Found wall in poor repair by 3 compartment sink area.(chipping paint)
All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Found shelving unit not clean next to broiler.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. OBSERVED SLIGHT LIME BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINE AND ACCUMULATED GREASE AND FOOD BUILD UP INSIDE FRYERS. MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE AND FRYERS.
